The Institute of Employment Rights has published Labour Law Highlights 2025 & 2026. 

The booklet is an overview of some the most important developments in case law over the last two years. 

The booklet was written by Tom Kirk, Rosalie Snocken, Carl Rix, Annie Davis, Karim Pal, Maryam Shah, and Daniel Hallström. 

It was edited by Nicola Newbegin KC and Madeline Stanley.
