An evening considering issues that are specific to those healthcare professionals working in the primary care sector, chaired by Ben Collins QC, and looking at the following issues:

• Performers List Cases – pointers and pitfalls, including appeals to the First Tier Tribunal
• CQC Notices – what you need to know
• The fit and proper test for directors – when is a director not fit and proper and what is an employer to do?

This event will be held on Wednesday 27th September 2017 and will be held at our London Chambers. Registration will be from 5:15 PM, with talks from 5.45PM – 7:15 PM. This event will be followed by a drinks and canapé reception from 7.15pm. We would welcome you to join us.
