Old Square Barristers in judicial review against Prime Minister

Ben Collins QC, Eleena Misra and Laith Dilaimi are the three Old Square barristers acting on behalf of the IWGB and the three individual Claimants in a claim for judicial review against the Prime Minister with the Lord Chancellor and Attorney-General for England & Wales named as interested parties.

The application concerns steps already and to be taken by the Prime Minister and Government in relation to the EU Withdrawal Act 2019 (formerly the Benn Bill) and concerns fundamental constitutional principles as to the role of the Executive, the Rule of Law, ECHR and EU rights for workers.
