Ben Collins KC is to speak at the “Clinical Negligence Update 2023: A Half Day Online Conference“, organised by The Legal Training Consultancy, which will be held on Zoom on Tuesday 14th November from 1:45pm until 5:00pm.

Ben will speak on “The law on consent to medical treatment following McCullough v Forth Valley Health Board”.
