Bruno Gil has had an article published in the June edition of the AvMA Lawyers Service Newsletter, that was ciculated on the 4th June 2019.
The article on “Cancer Waiting Times and the Implications in Negligence” draws on data from the recent National Audit Office (NAO) report “NHS Waiting times for elective and cancer treatment” (20.03.19) and explores why standards are falling, what might be done to address the delays and the overall impact of the delays on clinical negligence claims.
