Ben Collins QC appointed Recorder

We are delighted to announce that the Queen has appointed Ben Collins QC to be a Recorder on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP. He will sit in crime on the South Eastern Circuit.

Ben is recognised as a leading silk in four fields of practice – employment, professional discipline, clinical negligence and personal injury – and is known as a leading expert in the law of criminal injuries compensation, as well as for his high profile work in public law and human rights. He will continue his busy practice alongside his new sitting commitments.
