Betsan Criddle and Ben Jones appear in the Court of Appeal today in Bath Hill Court Management Ltd v Coletta. The appeal is the first case to consider the extent of the ET’s jurisdiction to award compensation for a series of deductions from wages: is there a six year back stop or can unlimited deductions be awarded? This is a case of considerable practical significance to historical holiday pay and sleeping in cases.
