Old Square Chambers offers a full suite of mediation services with CEDR and/or ADR Chambers accredited mediators at a range of levels of seniority.

Our mediators are some of the leading names in the fields of employment and discrimination law, commercial disputes, personal injury and clinical negligence litigation. Old Square mediators are able to get to the heart of the dispute and identify issues quickly using a style of mediation and communication that puts all parties at ease throughout the process.

All of our mediators have extensive experience of both trial litigation and mediation and many are also able to draw on judicial experience as well as commercial nous.

Old Square mediators can provide urgent mediations including in relation to threatened injunctions as well as workplace mediations (having undertaken specialist training with CEDR), which may be particularly welcome to nip a problem in the bud before litigation is commenced.

Chambers is adept at finding the right mediator and supporting the process from start to finish, whilst ensuring the parallel administration is seamless and painless. In particular, Chambers is well equipped to meet the needs of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as disabled participants and those for whom face to face interaction is not feasible or desirable at this time.
