Professor Alan Bogg has co-authored (with Professor Sarah Green) the first systematic analysis of the complex “fire and rehire” provisions in the Employment Rights Act 2025. Available open access in the Industrial Law Journal, it identifies likely problems of interpretation and how those ought to be addressed in light of the statutory purpose.
