Old Square Chambers is delighted to announce that Stuart Brittenden is to be appointed King’s Counsel following the 2023 competition.
Stuart, called in 1999, is an employment law specialist with extensive experience in the full spectrum of individual and collective employment law. Stuart was ranked as a ‘Star Individual‘ in Chambers and Partners and a ‘Tier 1 Junior‘ in The Legal 500 for employment law. He was named ‘Employment Junior of the Year‘ at the Chambers Bar Awards 2020.
This new appointment will bring the number of silks at Old Square Chambers to 21.
He will officially be sworn in at a ceremony before the Lord Chancellor at Westminster Hall on the 18th March 2024.
