In most large organisations there are often claims of whistleblowing, which can be detrimental to both the employee and the employer, especially if covered by the press. We are recognised for our experience in handling high-profile/sensitive matters. Counsel are able to offer industry-specific expertise and guidance on the best strategic settlement in these matters.
We have a comprehensive understanding of the regulations controlling use and restrictions of the use of confidential information by financial institutions and their employees, both present and former.
