We are recognised for our experience in handling high-profile/sensitive matters. Counsel are able to offer industry-specific expertise and guidance on the best strategic settlement in these matters.
We have a comprehensive understanding of the regulations controlling use and restrictions of the use of confidential information by financial institutions and their employees, both present and former.
