Overview
Gareth joined Chambers in October 2023 following successful completion of his pupillage.
Gareth accepts instructions across Chambers’ core practice areas and has particular experience in employment law and personal injury. He regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal and County Court on a wide range of matters.
During Gareth’s pupillage and under the supervision of Robert Moretto, David Cunnington, Madeline Stanley and Adam Ross, he gained experience across all areas of employment law. For example, in discrimination, dismissal, whistleblowing, equal pay, collective labour rights, disputes over contractual terms and post-termination restraint. He also gained insight into personal injury law, including industrial disease, road traffic accidents, occupiers’ liability and accidents at work.
He has worked on administrative law and human rights cases for First Tier Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal hearings and has a growing practice in information law.
