- Representing multiple claimants in a Hogg v Dover dismissal claim, as well as a dismissal claim regarding implied terms and unilateral variation;
- Successfully defending several discrimination claims valued in excess of £100,000 at multi-day hearings;
- Advising on redundancy consultation obligations;
- Advising on the application of collective agreements in proceedings brought against a public body;
- Advising on TUPE implications for a large public body;
- Successfully defending an appeal in the EAT for a claim struck out at a preliminary stage;
- Drafting an EAT response in one of the largest discrimination awards ever given in the ET;
- Assisting a senior member of Chambers in prospective injunction proceedings in a claim of post-termination restraint.
