Elena Margetts

Overview

Elena joined Chambers as a pupil in October 2023. She is interested in all areas of employment law and personal injury. Elena is currently being supervised by Victoria Webb.

Prior to pupillage, Elena worked as an Employment Law Caseworker at a City law firm where she assisted on all aspects of employment claims from initial enquiry to final hearing.

Elena has also gained experience as a trade union representative at CAIWU representing members at disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings, and as a FRU volunteer appearing in the Employment Tribunal.
