Oliver Segal QC represents diamond broker in compensation claim against leading diamantaire

Oliver Segal QC, instructed by Andrew Leach and Ben Griffin of DWF, represented diamond broker W Nagel in its successful ground-breaking compensation claim against leading diamantaire Pluczenik. Popplewell J found that Pluczenik had unlawfully terminated its relationship with W Nagel after over 50 years. The case attracted considerable attention within the industry, including from leading producer De Beers, and has been reported more widely, including in The Lawyer.
