Members from Old Square Chambers to speak at the Industrial Law Society Annual Conference

The Industrial Law Society (ILS) will hold their annual conference on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th September 2022 at Downing College, Cambridge. Ben Cooper QC, Robin White and Stuart Brittenden from Old Square Chambers will all be speaking at the event.

Ben Cooper KC and Robin White will participate in a panel session discussion on “Sex, gender identity and religion and belief in the workplace” on Friday 9th September. Stuart Brittenden will speak on “The protection of the individual rights to strike under Article 11 and in domestic law: the journey to Mercer” on Saturday 10th September.
