We are delighted to announce that Old Square Chambers has been nominated for the Chambers of the Year Award. The results will be announced at their Annual Awards Dinner on 11 October 2018.
The nomination follows a number of successes for our Chambers based in Bristol over the last 12 months, from our key role in the Supreme Court judgment in overturning the ET and EAT fees order to our move to our impressive new premises at 9 Queen Square.
Furthermore, two of our former members have been appointed to senior judiciary positions; His Honour Judge Barry Cotter QC Designated Civil Judge and Senior Circuit Judge at Bristol Civil and Family Justice Centre and Regional Employment Judge Rohan Pirani for the south west region, together with Mark Whitcombe who has been appointed as an Employment Judge in Scotland.
