During these unprecedented times, courts and tribunals have suspended all in-person hearings until the end of June with no certainty when they will resume. In many cases, the uncertainty and delay causes great concern. Mediation can provide an alternative route to resolving disputes which is both cost effective and speedy.
We are able to offer counsel and mediators with varying levels of experience and fees to accommodate the budgets of the parties involved. Members are specialists in their respective areas of law, many of whom are recognised within the legal directories as leaders in their fields.
Our accredited mediators (see here) have extensive collective experience in conducting mediations. Many also bring judicial experience as recorders, tribunal judges and legal assessors to assist parties with an agreed resolution.
Old Square Chambers is able to offer a private and remote video mediation service to clients who wish to engage these services. Like in- person mediation, the video mediation service permits meetings with all participants as well as private meetings with some participants. Alternatively, our members are happy to work on any other preferred platform.
