NUT strike halt successfully resisted

Yesterday in the High Court John Hendy QC and Stuart Brittenden successfully resisted an application by the Secretary of State for Education for a declaration to halt the NUT strike in the 6th form college sector planned for today. The strike will continue as planned.

John Hendy QC and Stuart Brittenden were instructed by Clive Romain, of The National Union of Teachers.
