Employment Tribunal
Giles Powell and Jenifer Danvers successfully act for Kevin Maxwell a former Metropolitan Police, SO15, Ports Officer, in his claim for compensation for race discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, harassment and victimisation.
In a judgment handed down by the Central London Employment Tribunal on 18 March 2015, Mr Maxwell was awarded compensation, which included damages for personal injury and injury to feelings; and aggravated damages. He was also awarded pension losses which remain to be assessed.
