Michael Ford QC contributes article in relation to the Uber judgment for new publication “International Employment Lawyer”

Michael Ford QC has written a piece alongside other academics for the new “International Employment Lawyer (IEL)” publication, which was launched on Wednesday 24^th February 2021.

Michael joined Prof. Alan Bogg at University of Bristol Law School and Prof. Valerio De Stefano of the Institute of Labour Law at the University of Leuven to write the piece entitled “Uber and beyond: what next for platforms?” discussing the implications of the UK Supreme Court’s Uber decision and consider the challenges ahead for platform companies.
