Lord Hendy QC and Stuart Brittenden will be in the High Court today representing the Communication Workers Union (CWU) over the ballot for strike action by postal workers. 97 per cent of the CWU voted in support of the trade dispute over terms and conditions.
Royal Mail is seeking an interim injunction claiming that there are irregularities with the ballot, which the CWU disputes. The matter will be heard by Mr Justice Swift.
