Lord Hendy KC, Katharine Newton KC and Madeline Stanley feature in The Lawyer’s Top 10 Appeals of 2023.

They appear for the appellant the Independent Workers Union of Great Britain in the case of ‘The King (on the application of the Independent Workers Union of Great Britain) v (i) Central Arbitration Committee, (ii) Roofoods Limited (t/a Deliveroo)’.

The case is due to be heard in The Supreme Court on Tuesday 25th April 2023 for two days.
