Laith Dilaimi has contributed to the Farrer & Co podcast on hair discrimination. Laith sat down with Katie Fudakowski, Partner in the Safeguarding Unit at Farrer & Co and employment lawyer, actress and voice artist Ayesha Casely-Hayford who created Afro Archives UK to discuss hair discrimination. The group discussed Afro Archives UK, a web, video and radio project which explores heritage, image, and the political and social implications of working/performing with Afro textured hair. They also analysed how UK equality legislation applies in the context of hair discrimination.
