Katherine Howells successful in obtaining damages for Prison Officer assaulted by Charles Bronson at Central London Hearing Centre.

Katherine acted for the prison officer, the claimant, who sued the Ministry of Justice for failing to provide adequate support when a prisoner, Charles Salvador- formerly Bronson, launched a violent assault on him.
