High Court refuses application to restrain industrial action at BAE Systems

On 6 November 2025, the High Court (Mr Justice Soole) dismissed an application by BAE Systems for an interim injunction to restrain industrial action called by Unite the Union at BAE’s Warton and Salmesbury plants in Lancashire.
