Event: Rebecca Tuck QC and Deshpal Panesar QC to speak at the Michael Rubenstein/TUC Discrimination Law Conference 2022

Rebecca Tuck QC and Deshpal Panesar QC are to speak at the “Michael Rubenstein/TUC (Trade Union Congress) Discrimination Law Conference 2022”, which will take place on Friday 28th January 2022.

This high-profile annual conference, chaired by Michael Rubenstein, and we will have a welcome address from Paul Nowak, Deputy General Secretary of the TUC, gives trade unions, law centres, CAB and other voluntary organisations the chance to hear from leading barristers about the latest legislative developments and landmark equality cases.

Rebecca will speak on “Equal pay and pay gap reporting: latest developments” and Deshpal will speak on “Age discrimination: new cases”.
