Rosalie Snocken will consider some of the evidence suggesting that the pandemic is having a greater impact generally on working mothers, whilst also raising the dangers of stereotyping or making assumptions about them.
Eleena Misra will be in conversation with her clerk, Senior Team Leader, about effective communication, planning, support and other tools to make a return to practice from any form of parental leave.
Nicola Newbegin will discuss COVID Claims – what claims might be brought and how to respond to them.
Finally, our guest speaker Karen Teago from YESS Law will speak on helping clients navigate flexible working requests in the context of COVID.
