The 365 page judgment sets out conclusions about equal value for 14 lead cases and provides a detailed roadmap as to how those conclusions can be applied to the thousands of claimants in this case – and also more broadly. With cases against other leading supermarkets also going through the tribunal system, it is an important judgment to understand.
