EAT hands down judgment in Evans v Prospect and others

The EAT has handed down judgment in Evans v Prospect others [2025] EAT 143.

Melanie Tether, for Prospect, and Robert Moretto, for the Department of Business and Trade, appeared in this important EAT decision which examined bias and whether the Certification Office complies with Article 6 ECHR.
