Dr Mattu agrees to accept compensation of £1.22m net of tax following successful claims

At a hearing to determine Dr Mattu’s final remedy, following his successful claims against University Hospitals of Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, agreement was reached that he should be paid compensation (net of tax) of £1.22 million. Jane McNeill QC represented Dr Mattu, leading Joe England of 3PB and instructed by Ashfords, Solicitors.
