The seminar will discuss the latest case law on High Court injunctions for breach of disciplinary procedures in an employment context; the emerging contractual right to a fair process; problems of categorisation of performance concerns and the challenges of handling suspensions. The session will focus on the healthcare sector, but will also consider the ramifications of this dynamic and developing area of jurisprudence on disciplinary procedures in general.
