With so many chambers offering seminars on employment law it can be difficult to choose a seminar that stands out from the crowd. This conference has been designed for practitioners who regularly practice in the field of disability discrimination law. It is given by speakers who are experts in the field of disability discrimination and aim to deepen the attendees’ understanding of this complex area of law. The lectures will assume that attendees already have a good level of knowledge of disability law.
Chaired by Ben Collins QC, he will be joined by Spencer Keen and our external speakers, Ms Karen Jackson of Didlaw and consultant psychiatrist Dr. Mike McPhillips. They will be exploring the following topics, giving specific allotted time after each subject for questions and discussion:
