This event is part of Old Square Chambers' 2016 series of Clinical Negligence Seminars and is due to be held in Exeter on Thursday 4 February 2016 with registration from 5pm and the first talk at 5.30pm.

Charlie Woodhouse will address the matter of 'Causation'.

Sophie Beesley will discuss 'Life After Montgomery': Putting the Reasonable Patient at the Heart of Consent.
