In the case of ABC, Christopher Walker represented a 43 year old motorcyclist who suffered a severe head injury following a road traffic accident. The Claimant’s capacity to manage his affairs remained in dispute. On 12 June 2017 the Court approved a capital sum settlement of £2.35 million pounds, to be held in a bespoke trust created for the Claimant.
