Charlie Woodhouse and Betsan Criddle to be appointed Queen’s Counsel

Old Square Chambers is delighted to announce that Charlie Woodhouse and Betsan Criddle are to be appointed Queen’s Counsel following the 2021 competition.

Charlie, called in 1997, specialises in personal injury, clinical negligence and inquests. Betsan, called in 2002, is a specialist in employment and regulatory law.

The new appointments will bring the number of silks at Old Square Chambers to 19.

They will officially be sworn in at a ceremony before the Lord Chancellor at Westminster Hall on the 21st March 2022.

We are very grateful to all those who participated in the QC selection process, as well as the many clients who have supported them in the course of their careers to date.
