Ben Cooper QC named ‘Lawyer of the Week’ in The Times

Old Square Chambers is delighted to announce that Ben Cooper QC has been named ‘Lawyer of the Week’ in The Times newspaper following his success in the “Allison Bailey v Stonewall, Garden Court Chambers and others” case, where judgment was handed down on Wednesday 27th July 2022.

Ben represented Allison Bailey who was successful, in part, in her claim against Garden Court Chambers, although her claim against Stonewall Equality Ltd was dismissed.

Ben was instructed by Peter Daly from Doyle Clayton Solicitors.
