Old Square Chambers brings to you our Autumn Personal Injury Seminar Programme, 2014.
Old Square Chambers, 10-11 Bedford Row, London WC1R 4BU
The Court of Appeal recently gave judgment in 3 conjoined appeals (Denton v White Ltd; Decadent Vapours Ltd v Bevan; Utilise TDS Ltd v Davies) relating to relief from sanctions matters. The judgments have altered the legal landscape and practitioners must now get to grips with the third set of rules/guidelines relating to relief from sanction under CPR 3.9. David Rivers and Brent McDonald will give this seminar on the law & battleground tactics.
