Five Members of Old Square Chambers take up positions within the Industrial Law Society
We are delighted to announce that Lord Hendy KC has been appointed honorary president of the Industrial Law Society.
Rebecca Tuck KC has become a vice-president of the Industrial Law Society.
The results of the elections for the society’s executive committee were announced at the AGM on 30 April 2025. Madeline Stanley has been elected as a vice-chair. Stuart Brittenden KC and Deshpal Panesar KC have been elected to the society’s executive committee.
The Industrial Law Society was founded in 1964 as an organisation where both sides of industry and all those involved in employment law can meet regularly and informally to exchange views. The society aims to promote the understanding of labour law and industrial relations, and to stimulate debate in those fields. The society organises a regular programme of events including an annual weekend conference and evening speaker meetings.
