Elena joined Chambers in October 2024 following the successful completion of her pupillage. She is interested in all areas of employment law and personal injury.
Elena regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal and County Court, and is developing her professional discipline and regulation practice, having successfully represented a pharmacist in a four-day fitness to practise hearing.
Prior to pupillage, Elena worked as an Employment Law Caseworker at a City law firm where she assisted on all aspects of employment claims from initial enquiry to final hearing.
Elena has also gained experience as a trade union representative at CAIWU representing members at disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings, and as a FRU volunteer appearing in the Employment Tribunal.
