Ijeoma Omambala and Deshpal Panesar to appear in the Court of Appeal

Ijeoma Omambala and Deshpal Panesar will be appearing in the Court of Appeal on Wednesday 1st May 2019, in two firsts.

Firstly in the first case on Shared Parental Leave in the Court of Appeal, acting for Mr Ali, seeking equality for all taking leave to care for their children. Secondly in one of the first Court of Appeal cases to be live streamed. They will be appearing before the Master of the Rolls, Lord Justice Bean, and Lady Justice Rose.
