We are excited to announce that we have been shortlisted in two categories for the upcoming Chambers and Partner Bar Awards, being held on 25th October 2018. Old Square Chambers are again nominated for the Employment Set of the Year Award and Katharine Newton has also been shortlisted for the Employment Junior of the Year Award.
Chambers has seen a number of successes throughout 2017 and 2018, from our key role in the Supreme Court judgment in overturning the ET and EAT fees order to a number of other successes in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
Our nomination follows a successful period for our employment team, including the silk appointments of Simon Cheetham QC, Ben Cooper QC and Ben Collins QC in recent years, Stuart Brittenden’s Legal 500 Employment Junior of the Year Award and John Hendy’s Outstanding Achievement Award at last year’s Chambers and Partners Awards.
