Old Square Chambers on both sides of important equal pay case McNeil & 35 others v HMRC

The EAT has handed down judgment in McNeil & 35 others v HMRC, an important Equal Pay case because the EAT (Simler P) has considered for the first time the implications of the Supreme Court judgment in Essop and Naaem on equal pay cases. The EAT also gave guidance on the question of establishing particular disadvantage in equal pay claims.
