Old Square Chambers will present this webinar to commemorate International Women’s Day 2021, which is on Monday 8th March 2021.
Members of Old Square Chambers along with our guest speaker, Karen Teago from YESS Law, will discuss the effects of working through the COVID pandemic.
Rosalie Snocken will consider some of the evidence suggesting that the pandemic is having a greater impact generally on working mothers, whilst also raising the dangers of stereotyping or making assumptions about them.
Eleena Misra will be in conversation with her clerk, Senior Team Leader, Paul Adams about effective communication, planning, support and other tools to make a return to practice from any form of parental leave.
Nicola Newbegin will discuss COVID Claims – what claims might be brought and how to respond to them.
There will then be a Q&A session with the panel.
