Eleena Misra KC has been instructed as Leading Counsel by Hodge Jones & Allen in the Lampard Inquiry

Eleena Misra KC has been instructed as Leading Counsel by Hodge Jones & Allen in the Lampard Inquiry which is now on a statutory footing and will considering deaths and harm to mental health patients in Essex over the last twenty years. Eleena will work side by side with Steven Snowden KC in representing over 100 core participants in this inquiry, which includes campaigner Melanie Leahy who featured in the Dispatches documentary ‘Hospital Undercover: Are they Safe?’.

Eleena will be engaged in this inquiry which has phases scheduled until October 2026, alongside her usual practice.
